I reached Gwalior at 9 30 AM on 28th Aug, 2010 and Abhishek (CA and FW Summer Intern 2010) and Sriram (FW Summer Intern 2010) came to pick me at the railway station. They accompanied me to the college guest house and after breakfast, I was taken to meet the Director, the Placement Officer and other faculty members.

I found the faculty members extremely down to earth and very supportive of the activities done by students. After a brief meeting, we started the presentation. Vaibhav Sharma (the President of the E-Cell) introduced me to the audience and I did a presentation on Entrepreneurship. The slides used are embedded below.

After the presentation, we had lunch and some of the students took me to visit the Fort, Palace and the famous Gurudwara. Our CA, Girish was also present I was also fortunate to have dinner with some thought leaders like Dr Deshmukh (Director of IIITM Gwalior), Dr Ganesh (TPO) and also Dr Ravishankar (visiting faculty) over dinner that day.

I left for Bangalore the next day.

I would like to thank the students and Faculty members of IIITM Gwalior for their wonderful hospitality. As a person visiting colleges in the country, IIITM is different. The Faculty and students interact like friends and they are all constantly in the pursuit of excellence. IIITM should be a model college for educational institutes in the country.
